Free Shipping offer is valid on all orders more than $100 shipped in the continental United States and applies to Standard Ground shipping orders only.  The total order amount after any discounts are applied must be more than $100 to qualify. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. If you choose to ship Standard Ground and are shipping to multiple addresses, you will receive free shipping on all shipping destinations if more than $100 in merchandise is shipped to an address.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery for shipments of orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshal Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping Method: Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Eastern time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified below. (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.)

Standard Ground: within 7 business days

TokyoFiveBrand.com endeavors to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. Orders recieved Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following monday.

We ship via UPS Home Delivery when you choose the standard delivery option. UPS Home Delivery delivers packages Monday through Saturday from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. to residential addresses. Orders sent by 5-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. We recommend choosing 5-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping if you are shipping your package to a business address.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

Check Order Status and Track Shipments Online

If you have a registered account with TokyoFiveBrand.com, it's easy to check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the FedEx/UPS tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the FedEx/UPS Web site, where you can follow the progress of shipments. If you don't have a TokyoFiveBrand.com account yet, set one up at My Account.

You can also track your order by clicking on Track My Orders. Simply enter the order number and zip code information to view the order details.
